Here are answers to some common questions.
Yes, climb times range from 90 minutes - 2 hours depending on the ticket option purchased.
Reservations are not required, walk-ups are always welcome.
Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow enough time for check-in, waiver verification, and maximize your time on the course.
CLOTHING: We recommend wearing clothes you can move in. Check the weather before arriving and dress appropriately for the conditions.
SHOES: Closed toe and closed heel shoes are required, such as sneakers. We do not allow participants to wear sandals, open-toed or slip-on shoes.
GLOVES: Participants are not required to wear gloves, but they are recommended. Gloves can be brought from home or are available for purchase at check-in.
MISC: Long hair must be tied back, waists covered, and body piercings and jewelry removed or taped over.
We are open rain or shine and encourage our customers to experience an aerial adventure course in all types of weather!
Should operations be suspended or cancelled by Iron Pony Adventure Park staff due to inclement weather (high winds, heavy rains, threat of lightning, etc.) we will do our best to extend your reservation time or reschedule your reservation. If that is not possible, a weather voucher for a future climb will be provided.
Guests must be a minimum of 7 years old to participate.
Ages 7 - 9 years old require assistance from a paying participant (14+) to be on the course with them. Maximum ratio of 1 assistant to 2 children.
Ages 10 - 14 years old require at least one supervising adult from the ground.
Ages 15+ do not require supervision, but do require an on line waiver to be completed by a parent/guardian.
Minimum Weight to Participate: 40 lbs.
Maximum Weight to Participate: 250 lbs.
Iron Pony Adventure Park weighs guests at check-in.
Anyone with a pre-existing medical condition should consult with their medical practitioner prior to participating in on-site activities. Individuals who are pregnant, have neck injuries, spinal injuries, arm casts, leg casts/braces are NOT permitted on the course.
No. There are no on-site lockers.
No. There are no dedicated on-site changing facilities.
For the safety of our guests and your animals, please leave them at home. Registered service animals are permitted.
We accept cash and credit card payments.
Please create an additional reservation to add more participants.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Customers who arrive late will not be entitled to a partial refund for missed time.
Customers who ‘no show’ will not be entitled to a refund or rebooking credit.
Individual & small group reservations (1-9 participants):
Reservations can be modified up to 48 hours prior to reservation time, using the link in your emailed receipt. Canceled reservations are issued a voucher for a future climb to be used within one year from issue date.
Birthday/Group Reservations of up to 15 participants:
Please contact Iron Pony Adventure Park directly to reschedule your reservation or be issued a voucher for a future climb to be used within one year from issue date. Deposit is non-refundable.
Large Group Reservations of 16+ participants:
